250 gram butter
250 gram granulated sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla essense or 1 pack of vanilla sugar
3 drops lemon oil essense
6 medium eggs

Beat 250 grams butter and sugar in a bowl WITH the help of an electric mixer
Add eggs one by one...continue beating slowly until smooth..add essense..

Dry ingredients
300 gram plain flour
100 gram potato flour
4 tsp. Baking powder
pinch of salt

4 spoon milk

Add the flour gradually ..TO the above ingredients..continue beating...add milk


200 gram flat almonds
One pack vanilla
2 spoons sugar
2 spoons butter 

Brown butter in a Teflon pon..add almonds. ..till golden Brown....add
Sugar and vanilla..until sticky......Set aside

Pour the prepared batter in a regular baking pan size 30 /20 cm

1 kilo Apple ( cut in wedges)
Sprinkled with 3 tsp. Lemon juice..

Bake 180 degrees centigrade
FOR approximately 50 minutes

Upon baking
spread on top WITH peach marmalade

Then brown almonds
Put back in the oven FOR 10 minutes 
While the oven is off..
Let cool

You can serve it on vanilla ice cream or whip cream
